1. Service Overview

HiringMesh is a paid, curated job board for AI and machine learning roles. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms.

2. Job Posting Fees

Each job listing costs a flat fee of $199 USD. Payment is required before a listing is submitted for review. All fees are non-negotiable and are charged at the time of checkout via Stripe.

3. Listing Review & Approval

All job postings are subject to review before publication. HiringMesh reserves the right to reject or remove any listing that:

• Contains misleading, inaccurate, or incomplete information
• Promotes illegal activity or violates applicable law
• Is spam, duplicative, or otherwise inappropriate
• Falls outside the scope of AI/ML roles

4. Listing Expiration

Job listings expire 30 days after approval. Expired listings are automatically removed from public search results and feeds. There are no automatic renewals.

5. Refund Policy

Refund requests made within 30 days of payment may be considered on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued after 30 days. If a listing is rejected during review, a full refund will be provided.

6. Content Removal

HiringMesh reserves the right to remove any content from the platform at any time, without prior notice, if it violates these terms or is deemed harmful to the platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

HiringMesh is provided "as is." We do not guarantee any specific number of applicants, views, or hiring outcomes. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the listing in question.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
